Add to Outlook for Desktop:
1. Select the signature below the line
2. Open Outlook (for desktop)
3. Click on the “file” tab and then click on “options”
4. Click on “Mail” and scroll down to the “signatures…” button
5. Click on “New” and give a name to the signature
6. Paste the signature into the “Edit Signature” field
7. Click “save”
8. Under “New Messages” select the signature you just saved
9. Click OK to close all windows
